Svella Connect Focuses On Growth With Trio Of Executive Appointments

Leading UK telecoms and digital infrastructure provider Svella Connect has made three high-profile executive appointments to help bolster its customer focus and drive digital transformation across the business to further enhance delivery performance.

Graeme Undy, a former senior executive at Eddie Stobart and Stobart Group, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of project management, logistics and delivery experience to Svella Connect.

In addition to overseeing the operational teams and process enhancement, Graeme will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital systems and real-time data to boost productivity and enhance efficiency – constantly focusing on operational excellence and service delivery.

Karen McKenzie has joined the business as Connections Director, to help channel a custumer-centric approach to new connections, bringing a wealth of telecoms sector expertise and operational change experience to the company.

With extensive capability across a range of telecoms roles, including 12 years at Virgin Media, Karen will focus on driving operational culture change, delivering enhanced performance around network and customer connections and help Svella Connect deliver sector-leading customer KPIs.

Jody Probert OBE has taken on the role of Network Build Director and will lead teams working across the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire to extend network coverage on behalf of key customers.

Jody’s impressive background in large-scale programme and project management, coupled with his significant leadership experience, will help Svella Connect meet customer targets by deploying network build services.
